Earl is a technically trained and experienced personal trainer. His degree in kinesiology combined with 10+ years of experience makes him an ideal trainer for his clients who range in age their 30s up to their 70s.
He knows how to work with each individual’s goals, physical abilities and limitations. He will push you but not to the extent that it is detrimental. He will keep you motivated. One of the advantages of working with Earl is that he will stretch you after your session, working on the muscles you engaged during your session.
