When I returned from an extended mainland stay overweight and unfit, I knew I needed something to get myself back on track. Everyone at the gym said “See Earl”. That was seven years ago. Earl combines a background in physical rehabilitation with physical training so he is able to suggest tweaks to exercises and movements to minimize sore muscles or any other issues that I find myself having as I get older. He has a really positive approach to his training and is always sensitive to what I can accomplish, even guiding me through exercises I never thought I would be able to do. His practice of ‘muscle confusion’ means that training sessions are always different and never boring. Even when I don’t feel like working out, I always become energized after a training with Earl and I guess seven years of training with Earl speaks as a testament to his ability as a trainer.
